I would not at all be worried about the shortfall
The cap raise of $4.5m is all that was needed, this was just a bonus for shareholders.
If we were needing those funds to survive like a lot of other small cap stocks that most other investors are sweating on then yes but unfortunately that doesn’t apply here.
you can try scare people but smart investors would not even worry in the slightest about a shortfall here.
more importantly Blake and Mison each subscribed for $30 and $20k
