When the SP went beneath the SPP price it was always going to struggle, why would retail buy in, the SP had only got back on it feet late March/April no momentum to carry it - would have been better to have just done the placement (which was too cheap) everyone lost confidence. My feeling the long delay in getting the Minister to approve the mine upset their timing schedule everything was pushed back - now the BOM have to starting meeting deadlines
