Makes no sense though. Why would he buy $1m @ 1.15 if he intended to dump? Why would the other directors buy $3m @ 0.95c if they intended to dump the 30 oppies?
There's no way they could conceivably sell these shares without cashing the price below the cap raise prices. They wouldn't be making 70c profit.
