Announcing you can build a factory with cash and debt, then a few months later raising money at 4 yr lows to cover the cost of the factory was a terrible move for shareholders, cant sugar coat that.
Given the unit sales are nowhere near the factory capacity, they should have waited. They were happy to wait when sales were higher, so why not wait now until they build up more cash and intergrate the recent distributer purchases
