agree re "you cant shy away from the mismanagement of the factory funding". I hope they have learned from the experience, but with Vmoto's management you never can be sure. Thankfully, they seem to be on firmer footing when it comes to making and selling EV bikes.
And they're still in the right place at the right time!
That stat @VYR posted about 70% 2-wheel EV penetration in China was shockingly high and got me curious. The source report by Rethink is paywalled, but I found a recent report from Economist echoing the same message: Asia is taking to EV bikes much faster than cars.
"In China, the biggest market in the world for electric vehicles, about half of two- and three-wheeled machines sold were battery-powered in 2021, compared with 16% of new passenger cars"
