I am not being cocky. I was bullish on this from 35c to 20c but sold out after the last quarter announcement. I would be happy to get back in if things turnaround, and that is why i continue to follow, but you cant shy away from the mismanagement of the factory funding

The critical point that everyone seems to be missing is the shortfall. If Charles takes up the shortfall, his % ownership will actually increase as a result of the raise. Not something he can do easily on market...

The lower share price means that he is able to do it putting up a lower $ amount.

Let us see the results of the shortfall...
