Fully agree with your comments (not sure who you were replying to - I must have them on ignore).
One thing that bothers me though, is the lack of transparency as to who received the bonus shares. Did they mostly go to the top four, or were they reserved for workers further down the food chain. I'm assuming the latter and will be very angry if I find out that it was the former. That would be a case of (to paraphrase your next post): Snouts firmly planted in the company's coffers. No joy for the retail investors who provide most of the capital here.
