You can rest easy the annual bonus shares can't be given to Directors, A majority of Shareholders have to approve any remuneration that is paid to Directors other than cash payments. They form part of the remuneration package. That is of course voted on by shareholders after the event.


Charles and Ivan went without a bonus for 2023 because the only KPI for their rewards is the share price which fell well short of the 65c they needed to achieve to get rewarded. They potential bonus shares were cancelled.

Some companies reward the Key personal for all sorts of crazy performance. Like increasing revenues how crazy is that, giving management the incentive to sell stuff at any price.

Glad the VMT team don't go down that path. The doubters would have something worth complaining about.
