I agree the Offtakes are not dependent on the EPA's, but I think the negotiations are taking the discussion to the realm where the asks won't be achieved without them. The negotiation is 6 months late. Which may not be bad thing in the long run. The logic dictates there is reason for not completing them and it points to further progress on the EPA. Whether thats based on price or other conditions and whether VRX or the prospect is the one making it hard, i don't know.

But i am expecting EPA approval or progress and the off take announcement on the same day or close
