    I have been wondering if that has been the plan for a while. Could someone like Delphi for example offer to take up all the surplus not exercised?
    The lower it goes, the less get taken up..
    The share price has been systematically worked down bit by bit for months, always at close of day, just like today.
    These VRXO are worth $3.7 million to VRX, in 30 days..
