I think this is the reason some people have had to wait a few weeks to have their options converted to shares following payment. Rather than apply to list the new shares in dribs and drabs, VXR waits till a certain amount are accumulated and then issues these mandatory notices to show that new shares have been applied for quotation on behalf of the company for the option exercisers. Anyone who has not received their allotment by today (on Link Marketing Services) will probably have to wait a further 2 to 3 weeks until VXR makes further applications to quote the new shares.
