    Seems strange to me.

    Why wait almost an entire year just to dump the shares around 52 week lows?

    W2V had to threaten them with legal action before they decided to hand over any cash.

    Why didn't they just cough up the money at the start of the year, grab the shares, then dump at a higher SP? They could have slowly dumped from 2 cents and lower. There's been plenty of volume during that time.

    I'm not saying it wasn't them dumping today, but something doesn’t add up here.

    Perhaps they wanted to push the SP lower & take part in another CR at some point?

    Or is it just sabotage? Payback for potential legal action? The Chinese always have to "save face."
