hi @Si.ptixs . . . when you say 'going by wbt history' what do you mean? they have never been in this position before (signing first commercial agreement) so just trying to understand what history you are linking this to?
if they come out and say deal is a no go then agree that will create negativity but i really cant see that happening. my expectations come Thursday are.
90% chance of 1. agreement formalised and market informed
9.99% chance of 2. market updated that agreemrnt terms still being finalised and remain in suspension until x date
.01% chance of 3. deal not happening . . however negotiations continuing with multiple customers.( note prev updates have referenced multiple agreements and customers - not potential customers)
either way not concerned.
