I'm not sure what exactly you think that means. Hate to be negative but last time the management converted shares, there was some huge selling straight after. Makes no sense to convert shares when you have years till expiry unless you want to sell them. Its not like the company needs cash right now and they trying to help out.
Please I would love a positive reason for this conversion... do tell, what does that mean?
