I wouldn't go reading too much into it. Any of the below, especially those who got them free as attached options are probably exercising them and making a tidy profit.
There are a couple of outcomes from that;1 ) money in company coffers 2 ) increase in shares 3) increase in Market Cap

If it was me, I would probably do the same, just to get some $$$ jumping in. Don't read too much into it !!
