I am of the opinion, after observing PP for the last 2 years, that he has meticulously organised the terms of the GEM facility so that he can fully take advantage of it if he requires. What would be the point of having 55million available if you can not actually access it. No doubt in my mind that Paul has the catalyst announcements that he would require in order to access the funds when and if required. Looking back in hind sight of the path he has taken this company along shows us the path that lays ahead. I think that we are on a similar trajectory to that of Foreo except for a few small differences, one being Paul owns a chunk of it now. This is just a matter of logic really and mark my words, OBJFOREVER will look like a real fool within the next 3 years if he doesn't already!
