Manipulation no, its GEM selling their 7m shares from the fee ( setup fee) and then they will soon have another 7m shares from a likely draw down underway now. These equity faciliies are old time been around for years and offered by 100's of finance companies. They inevitably kill companies by drilling the share price down as they liquidate.
The only way to win is to generate profitable revenue and never use these facilities again.
