If my failing memory serves me correctly, approximately 2 years ago the only significant asset MEI had was Butchers Creek, the SP was about 2 cents with an MC of about $40M.
As of today WIN has a SP of .027 and an MC of $13.3M.
All things being equal I would think there is every justification of the SP being 3 times what it is, which would bring it to the MEI MC as of 2 years ago.
