BMCG has US$4.9mil (US$6.79mil) remaining of their convertable note, Looking at the charts they still have another 5-6 trading days where they can take advantage of the lower 5 day Vwap during their 20 trading day window. (yellow line is the 20 trading days ago)

Based on the remaining 6.79mil of equity, at 17 or 17.5c, they could be issued another 38 mil new shares.






IMO they would be wise to load up prior to the drill results being published for Scotland, if the deposit is high-grade narrow veins you only need to look at one ASX listed companies that are mining this material and have an MC of under $8mil for a fully operating mine.

Does anyone know when the time runs out for WKT to request the additional US$4mil that can be issued as part of the agreement?
