BCMG's MO has been to sell slowly, and to buy if the SP gets close to their conversion price.
If there were to buy shares now to help boost the SP, they would only be limiting their VWAP options for future conversions.
I think they are more likely to sell and slow the growth, ready for when the really big news comes in. They then get a nice big gap between their early Jan VWAP, and the large re-rate price - to sell a healthy % profit again
