Well this explains all of the ramping by the WKT bulls on HC
Nothing like helping out the USA investor by boosting the SP during their 20 day VWAP trading window,
The USA investor manage to convert 8.1mil shares at 17c, if their intentions follows their previous history, these shares will be sold on market.
