We all knew BMCG has been buying and selling shares. With the low level of demand it has kept the price down.
Also no surprise that with the rest price increase that they would convert more shares. This is how the deal WKT made works.
Posting on HC has had nothing to do with the price increase over Christmas. Somebody(s) decided to buy and now is the time. Likely it was seen as the last chance to get shares in the low 20s, then a shorter horizon to have the price increase and take profit as more news flows leading to production (how much longer until pricing gets announced?)
Disappointing to have converted more shares below 17c, but future shares will be at a higher price. Will be interesting to see what their final average price will be as the SP keeps increasing and they convert their remaining funds.
