Ann: Application for quotation of securities - WKT, page-2

Wow....so shares have been issued to Faro Corporate for services rendered PRONTO at 11c - which no one knows what exactly they are for - you would think such services would have required a successful outcome in order to render the shareholder approved placement at the urgency as has transpired ? Although - why hasn't a debt funding approval Ann been issued first ?

What exactly are management up to here ? I suspect they didn't have the money to pay the Advisory fee in advance, therefore equity needed to be provided in lieu. Doesn't strike me as being a guarantee to the procurement of successful debt funding for Lindi !!

All whilst poor old Pete Finnimore gets his out of the money at a 50% discount at 21c. Couldn't script this...
