The Company is seeking to raise only a nominal amount of $120 under this Prospectus and, accordingly, the purpose of this Prospectus is not to raise capital.The primary purpose of this Prospectus is to remove any trading restrictions that may have attached to Shares issued by the Company prior to the Closing Date.
1000 shares issued at 12c - $120 that cost $10,000 to issue.
I think this is required by the asx for 12 months from re listing to proceed to the next step, hopefully a funding announcement soon.
