Could be a tie, but I bet the others don't get a performance bonus at their AGM like this lot are in line for.
No external auditing. They set their own parameters, measure that performance themselves and deliver it all internally, and the kicker is if you somehow fail to hit those targets, they just pause the scheme till they can be reached.
I simply cannot believe they are lining themselves up for an additional payout, given the fact of their performance failures.
Scratch beneath the surface on the parameters they set for themselves, and you honestly fall off your chair.
Amazing lack of governance and a massive amount of shareholder piss-taking.
