G'day fellow WZR holders
Now that is a serious number of performance shares:
WZRAG: PERFORMANCE RIGHTS 36,959,490
At todays price of 26 cents, that equates to performance rights of approximately $9,610,000.
For a company with a market cap of less than $350m, that does seem a lot.
Can anyone guide me as to how this large number of performance shares came about, and what needs to happen for them to be granted?
Was it back when WZR first listed?
