People hate seeing staff get rewards for delivering returns to shareholders. its the most greedy thing I always see on hc, and on the market in general. its as if investors are the only ones who are allowed to make profits, not the people actually doing the work in building companies?
SInce I invested in Wisr (and I know lots of people on this forum where in long before me), they have taken their market cap from $80M to $350M. thats $270M of value created FOR shareholders.. and the staff get $9M of that value? I'd give them another $9m if they can do that again any day of the week.
The greed investors have sometimes bewilders me.
