It appears that the majority of shareholders are now completely sick of this management constantly issuing themselves performance rights for ordinary performance
The amount of performance shares they have received in the past few years is mind boggling - all whilst the share price has decreased nearly 90%
Clearly some of the reasons for the companies performance has been out of their hands (eg inflation & then higher interest rates).
But they have made some poor decisions (eg spending $5m on a dubious Olympic marketing decision), and they should be completely focussed on building this company to the point where it is profitable - not just looking to line their own pockets at every opportunity
I also encourage everyone to go to Link Market Services & vote against the resolutions at the AGM - which is being held next Thursday 21 November 2024
IMO this management deserve to get a second strinke for their actions
