I have been waiting for news on this for a while, it looks like the owners (and we know who they are) have accepted the shares instead of the cash.
I'm not sure if there's any more to settle the deal (as it was half what was offered), but I am happy about this. Thank you Directors, I hope the VES is good, maybe news within 4 weeks would be good too.
