If I read those notices correctly, $4.2 million was put in between Featherby and Pindar, $163,000 by Carlos Arrecco and $131,000 by Daniel Santos -so only $1.5 million raised outside of the directors. Unless they raise a good chunk of the $38 million shortfall, $6 million is not going to go far. I can only think they want to hold on long enough for LKE to buy them out.
