~738 million shares. At this rate of dilution, it will remain a billion dollar company even with a small SP, it's penny stock territory. Just unbelievable dilution in the past 3 years. LD & PG found the golden goose, but then they made too many eggs. The eggs are now worth almost nothing. Who'd have thought making lots of something would reduce its value?

I can see this is all pre-promised dilution, but I'd like to know what was going through their heads when they were printing shares? "Oh this will go on forever, we'll just do another CR. Retail investors are idiots."

If this company starts to fold, I'd love to see a class action just based on the dodgy accounting - completely relying on shareholders to fund an essentially unprofitable business. I also hope they trace the assets that went into various family member's trusts and retirement accounts.
