It's no surprise that every exploration company overseas sets up in an office in Australia and lists on the ASX. So many Australians have no idea what dilution is. The ASX is full of exploration companies (amongst others) that are just here for printing $hare$ and nothing else.
"Gee, can't work out why my penny stock hasn't moved in 5 years?? They even found Gold in Arizona last year??"
