I agree with everything you’ve said.
Unfortunately, sometimes the ‘market’ get to a place where it just hears the same old news with each announcement ….without concrete outcomes.
The sellers will dry up as the stock remains around here….and eventually a deal will be done, and undoubtedly be happy with the % returns over a 2-3 year period.
