At June 30 this year there was 824 mil shares issued, now there is 991 mil with at least another 135 mil to be issued from the CN holders plus whatever rate they continue to pump out Options and Performance Bonuses for the directors. Right now the dilution from 30 June has been more than 20% and by the time this current crop has been finished, it will have been 36%. The company is being kept alive at the expense of the poor shareholders and to the benefit of the directors.
