Conversion of CNs since the start of December has resulted in issue of 88.7 mil shares, just under 10% dilutionary with 995 mil now issued. The conversion aligned with ZIPs SP reaching 50 cents on 7 December and numbers intensified between 2 and 6 days apart to the final days of December as the SP went higher, then resumed yesterday with another 3 mil. Another 134 mil will result in ~1.125 bil shares on issue, or just under an additional 25% shares on issue since beginning December
