Cannot agree about price manipulation - IMO this is just paying the consequences of raising vast sums of money through capital raises, placements and loans. The raises and placements were absorbed and distributed into businesses which gave no return and were then given away. That and ongoing mega losses wiped out the Balance Sheet to near breaking point, so when the loans need repaying the only method available is to convert them into equity, at shareholders' expense - it's just survival, pure and simple. Hopefully they won't need a CR - I think they know it won't be successful.
