Too right, they getting off with some quality bonuses. Next step would be to see what the hurdles are for performance......last year they got 97.6% in the main and in view of the fact that they set the hurdles themselves lol.
And the cruncher..........if there was a takeover of ZIP it is at the board's discretion as to whether to pay out the Options before they are vested. OMG where does it end. Standard corporate practice, but geez!
