Sandon are not a charity. Their only way of making money from DGR is to buy low and sell high.
In their position I would have accumulated shares quietly before requesting the register of shareholders. If they are intending to pick up a reasonable stake they will now be dealing with
competing buyers like the ones drawn in yesterday and also more reluctant sellers.
Perhaps they already have a holding below disclosure level.
Perhaps they already have a verbal agreement with several substantial shareholders to act in concert to try and get a return of capital.
Their move could also bring other astute investors like MVT to the party.
