Yep looks like they would want to shake things up a bit, they can probably see the directors just want to hang onto all the OBS cash to pay their wages for the next few years and Sandon might have a more shareholder friendly strategy??
My understanding is that when a company requests a copy of the member register of another company they are required to tell that company the purpose of their request. Interesting to note that DGR have not disclosed this to the market if they were in deed told of the purpose??
