    Can anyone explain to me what this means?

    It's saying we are entitled, on a 1 for 1 basis, Forte Depositary Interests (which have the same rights as UK Shareholders). Does this mean essentially we'll be entitled to a 1 for 1 swap for AIM shares? Because that would be an absolutely ridiculous value difference.
