That is just plain cheeky from Nick B. He knows damn well that G Wilson and associates at WAM have no power at Queste, Orion or Bentleys as Khan & Co control them all. OEQ & QUE shareholders could only wish he did have that control. Nick B is just trying to confuse and frustrate as he may lose his grip on Keybridge if WAM succeeds. Looks like a re-run of previous defence strategies used at Yowie.

Strange thing is that the counter bidder for KBC is getting part finance from HHY which Keybridge owns 30% of and Aurora manages (formerly owned by KBC). But then Nick B says he and Australian Style Group will not be selling into the bids. Of course not, this looks to me like he is indirectly increasing his hold over KBC, or at least using this bid to frustrate Wilson & WAM. To state that WAM owns or controls 30% of HHY (read the mudmap) is just plain wrong as that is only listed due to WAM owning more than 20% of KBC. As we already know WAM does not control KBC - but the sooner they do the better it could be for those KBC shareholders who elect to remain co invested with WAM (in my opinion).

So in effect the mudmap which KBC have released into this ASX announcement needs to be more openly explained..... I say it is cheeky, others may call it something else starting with mis............

For full disclosure I don't own KBC shares, HHY shares, Aurora Funds or any WAM related shares/funds, just a very interested observer that understands the lay of the land within that mudmap and further afield.

Personally I don't know why GW even bothers to get involved in all of this mess with Khan & Bolton. Must be something attractive at the bottom of the pond.
