Saw the wording and had a chuckle, does the board really think its shareholders are complete moron's?
Its actually very insulting from the board and reflects how they see the majority of the shareholders of the company.
If this is not a clear sign that the board is operating with its self interest rather than the majority of its shareholders?
I hope the board actually wakes up to itself!
