OK that was an interesting count!
So now if I was LC I have over 30% of my shareholders or Greater than 60% excluding myself voting for a wind up, what on earth would I be thinking?
Anything LC does will be blocked by a big vote. She would never be able to take this private so why would she sit their and face continued scrutiny?
Sorely this board is smarter than that because the reality is that a wind up is the best possible outcome!
If LC thinks she can make money, just cash out take her share and make all the money she wants.
It just doesn't make sense!
I will love to see where this board invests the cash, if they cant make a decent return they will embarrass themselves publicly.
I cant wait for the next chapter.
