    So ASIC has found that ISX is actually not even in competition with ASX ??????

    And that even if ISX's businesses were in competition with ASX, ISX does not even own or control or run those businesses ????

    I am not a lawyer like ASIC's Graeme D Plath, but that makes zero sense
