a TO or any such intention has to be notified if any entity reaches a threshold - in this case 19.9% of the total registry... looks like SDI has crept over the threshold of 19.9% holdings by the sound of it and have not declared anything... is this correct interpretation?
as far as I can remember, I have not seen any major sharholding change notice that is released at 5% of the holdings too... so if that is the case how did it reach 4 times that @ 19.9% without any notices...
Richard Karn, can you please comment/post if this is true....
JRV will not allow SDI to vote at the next AGM and that means DP gets what he wants - no strike against him and his management...
the saga continues.... while our neighbour turns into a bigger and more respectable entity by the day...
