thanks @MrTop5 for confirming that... so this looks like a "muddying the water" scheme by the management imo... as per my limited understanding TO or intention to TO has to be declared once any entity reaches 19.95 - someone can please correct me if I am wrong... as per today's ann the management claims that SDI has reached that level and SDI say NO...
