I am not sure Michael will be able to respond due to pending legal action.
The JV/takeover was covered in a shroud of darkness and didn't (still doesn't) appear to have been in the best interests of PAC/TRG shareholders and value destructive. A number of Northern Lights funds seem to have had their tyres pumped up prior to sale only to fail within one year. Hopefully all will be revealed if the documents are made publicly available.
While some investors were able to take advantage of the own goal, question will be whether we want current management to continue.
