Further to its FY2011 announcement, CDI attaches its NZX Appendix 7 in
relation to the dividend declared by the Board.
As stated in the Directors' Review and in NZX Appendix 1, the company has
resolved to pay a total dividend of 1.4 cents per share on 11 May 2012. As
the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will apply to this dividend, the record date
will be 27 April 2012.
