Further to its FY2012 announcement, CDI attaches its NZX Appendix 7 in
relation to the dividend declared by the Board.

As stated in the Directors' Review and in NZX Appendix 1, the company has
resolved to pay a total dividend of 1.7 cents per share on 10 May 2013. As
the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will apply to this dividend, the record date
will be 26 April 2013.
