Freightways Limited has provided a replacement Appendix 7 with respect to its
interim dividend for the year ended 30 June 2014.
The Appendix 7 provided with Freightways' results announcement on 24 February
2014 did not disclose the Resident Withholding Tax amount per Security. The
Resident Withholding Tax amount of $0.006944 per Security has now been
included in this replacement Appendix 7.
